Bridge imp · Interim Management
Today Antje Lenk is the strongest voice in her industry.
Before: a LinkedIn account that had grown through connection requests, almost no active visibility, usually under 20 likes and one comment. Now: 23,000 followers, five million impressions in 2025, and a channel that generates measurable revenue for Bridge imp.
The Numbers
In Her Own Words
"LinkedIn has become a very valuable and integral sales channel" for us. I wouldn't have expected that."Antje Lenk · Bridge imp
Antje Lenk did not come to Builderz to invent authority. She has led Bridge imp since its founding more than 15 years ago and has worked in interim management placement for more than 25 years. In the industry, people know Antje. The question was how that authority could carry the same weight publicly as it did in a personal conversation.
She had around 6,000 followers at the end of 2023. Many of them were professional contacts. Normal posts got around 20 likes and one comment. An anniversary post with 11,000 impressions felt big at the time.
At the same time, marketing channels were shifting for their business. Google Search and Ads were increasingly losing ground. For a high-priced, trust-based service like interim management, the moment before the conversation matters. Bridge needed presence that built trust before someone reached out.
"We had never thought about positioning LinkedIn as a professional channel."
A recommendation from the advisory board put the question on the table: have you considered personal branding? Antje's first answer was no. Partly because Bridge was supposed to become less dependent on her. That point later became the lever. Her visibility made the company stronger, not more dependent.
At the start, there were conversations. Antje brought day-to-day situations, conflicts, observations, doubts, and clear judgments about her market. Her advisor and our founder at Builderz, Bernhard, asked questions until a thought became a point only she could make.
This weekly conversation became more than a production routine. For Antje, it became a space to think things through. She could work out what mattered before it became a post. Client situations, leadership questions, wrong hires, age discrimination, weak decision-making in the Mittelstand.
That is exactly why the posts work. They don't read like content about interim management. They read like an experienced founder saying out loud what most people only say behind closed doors.
"Just producing content for the sake of content, I think that's nonsense. It has to have real value. For readers, and for me."
The Reach
Four posts show why she became number one.
The strongest posts create tension at the points where the Mittelstand actually responds: wrong hires, age, pretenders, weak leadership, decision fatigue. 27 of 87 analysed posts exceeded 1,000 likes. The median is 586 likes. One strong post became a repeatable pattern.
The Business Impact
"Visibility should of course lead to value that matters for the business. And that means leads."Antje Lenk · Bridge imp
Interim management is not bought with one click. It carries high responsibility, high day rates, and above all trust. That is exactly why LinkedIn is so strong here. Potential clients have often been reading Antje for weeks or months before they reach out to her.
The first contact starts with a head start. People feel like they already know how she thinks. Trust is already there, because Antje's posts have proven she knows the subject inside out.
In around 14 months, this created more than 120 qualified leads and substantial revenue. The ROI for the collaboration with Builderz is more than threefold.
Trust Before the Conversation
"Some clients go so deep that I have to say: we still don't actually know each other yet."Antje Lenk · Bridge imp
That is the difference between reach and reputation. Reach means someone saw a post. Reputation means someone is willing to share a real problem, because the person in front of them has shown, month after month, how they think.
For Bridge, this created a new sales logic. Antje became the recognizable voice for interim management, difficult leadership situations, and decisions where waiting too long becomes expensive.
The Work Behind the Voice
"For me, this weekly meeting has a cathartic, cleansing effect."Antje Lenk · Bridge imp
Good personal branding work is not just publishing. It forces precision. Which observation is actually true? Where is the principle? Which story can go public without being flat or indiscreet?
Out of these conversations come posts that Antje's market recognises. Not because they are polished. Because they land.
Who This Works For
People with standing. And a real appetite for depth.
Antje recommends this work to people with enough composure for public visibility. Once you become visible, you get resonance: agreement, pushback, new contacts, new expectations.
You also need substance. The process works for founders, managing directors, and experts who genuinely have something to say and are willing to go deeper in conversation.
Antje happily and openly recommends Builderz — just not to the competition.
Next Step
The market should see why you are exactly the right person for the next project.
Antje had the experience. Builderz turned it into public perception: clear, recognizable, commercially relevant. If your industry should see you in the same league: let's talk.
