Will the posts really sound like me?
That is decided in the first conversations. We do not start with topics. We listen: What do you know? How do you speak? What feels obvious to you that others see as expertise? From that, we build a voice. Your words, our system.
How much time do I need to invest?
For ongoing support, 60 minutes per week is usually enough: one conversation, then approval. Little enough for a full calendar, enough to keep the content from becoming generic.
How fast does something happen?
First signals often show up after 6 to 10 weeks: more profile visits, better reactions, new conversations from the market. Business impact comes through repetition and clear topic leadership.
How do we measure whether it is worth it?
Not by likes alone. We look at reach in the right audience, profile visits, conversation requests, leads, invitations, applications, and sales signals. The key question stays the same: Does LinkedIn open conversations that would not have happened before?
Why not do it internally?
If strategy, interviews, editorial work, distribution, and analysis already run well internally, that can make sense. Builderz becomes useful when one person’s voice is too important to build on the side between meetings.
What if we have had a bad agency experience before?
Then we work especially methodically. First position, tone, and approval process. Then production. You see early whether the direction is right before it becomes an ongoing system.
Is this only for people with a large audience?
No. A large audience helps, but it is not the core. The strongest cases often start with a clear role in the market, a good network, and enough experience and conviction for repeatable topics.
What if LinkedIn does not fit right now?
Then we say so. Sometimes the website, sales structure, recruiting base, or positioning matters more first. A good first call does not automatically end in an offer.
